I blogged this recipe a year ago, so if you’ve followed for a while, this will be de ja vu.  I blog it again to tell you of a variation that has been a hit with my fam.  Recently, we tried this idea with Skinner Dumpling noodles subbed in for the rice.  It was tasty!  I appreciated the clean up of it much more than the rice–it is tidier when serving children.  (Rice just gets everywhere!) As I experimented with this recipe today, I frequently bent my knees, threw my head back and closed my eyes.

Here’s How We Go RV Camping with Young Children

As you may know, our family loves to go RV Camping in our 5th Wheel.  This summer we didn’t make it out much.  In fact, we only camped twice in “official summer”–and one of those was without our 8-year-old, 6-year-old and 2-year-old.  Just me, hubby and our then 6-month-or-so-old.
